Partners
Partners of the PBM Campaign Platform
The PBM Campaign Platform orchestrates journeys across email, letter, insert, SMS, landing page, customer portal and app. It is often implemented, printed, connected and operated together with partners – freely selectable and without being tied to individual providers.
Collaboration
Which partners does the PBM Campaign Platform work with?
With four types of partner: agencies and campaign service providers, lettershops and print service providers, integration and CRM partners, and hosting environments. The customer decides which providers are involved in the project.
-
Agencies & campaign service providers
You design journeys, content and arguments on behalf of your clients. For this, the platform gives you roles, approvals based on the four-eyes principle and brands with their own corporate identity – so you can work for several brands without customer data getting mixed up.
-
Lettershops & print service providers
The letter is not an afterthought. It is a channel. The platform generates a brand-compliant PDF per contact and hands over the batches via SFTP – documents first, the manifest last. Postage and address optimisation remain with the print service provider.
-
Integration & CRM partners
You connect core banking, policy administration, CRM or shop systems to the platform. For this there is a versioned REST API, service accounts and personal API tokens. Events such as a contract expiry start a journey via the API; imports update contacts without deleting them. Email and SMS providers can be chosen freely.
-
Hosting environments
Every customer gets their own installation. The standard is hosting in Germany; optionally, we operate the platform on AWS, Microsoft Azure or other environments – on request with the customer’s own S3 storage.
Partners in action
Who does PBM already work with?
With integration and IT partners who connect the PBM Campaign Platform to existing systems in customer projects.
Become a partner
How do you become a partner of the PBM Campaign Platform?
Use the form to tell us what role you take on in customer projects. We will get back to you and clarify three things in a conversation:

- The technical connection – interfaces, transfer routes, test environment.
- The contractual and data protection framework – for example, whether you act as a sub-processor.
Frequently asked questions
Which lettershops can be connected to the PBM Campaign Platform?
In principle, any print service provider that accepts print data via SFTP. The PBM Campaign Platform generates a brand-compliant PDF per contact and transfers batches, documents and, last of all, the manifest. The platform is not tied to any particular lettershop.
Can an agency use the PBM Campaign Platform to work for several brands?
Yes. Brands with their own corporate identity, roles and approvals based on the four-eyes principle are part of the platform. The brand boundary is a hard visibility boundary, so customer data from different brands stays separate.
How are CRM and core systems connected?
Via a versioned REST API with service accounts. Events from core systems, such as a contract expiry, can start a journey directly. Imports update existing contacts and do not delete any.
